For me, yoga is much more than asana- it is a lifestyle that has changed my being. What started as a warm-up and cool down for dance has influenced my life with this holistic practice that harmonizes all aspects of life.

Yoga builds concentration, confidence, and flexibility as it reduces stress, increases balance, and enhances vitality. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a great workout for the mind and body, a blending of breath and bodily alignment.
